  • Take responsibility for final decisions and actions based on advice provided

Bridge Forward is not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be communicated in advance. Payment terms, including timelines and refund policies (if applicable), will be outlined in service agreements or invoices. Services may be suspended if payments are not made in accordance with agreed terms.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Bridge Forward reserves the right to charge for late cancellations or missed appointments, as outlined in individual service agreements.

7. Confidentiality

Bridge Forward respects client confidentiality and will take reasonable steps to protect personal information. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Parental Consent (Clients Under 18)

Where consultancy services are provided to a client under the age of 18, Bridge Forward requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By engaging our services on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they:

  • Have the legal authority to provide consent for the minor.
  • Authorise Bridge Forward to provide educational consultancy services to the minor.
  • Acknowledge that communication may occur directly with the minor as part of the consultancy process.
  • Accept responsibility for decisions made and actions taken on the basis of guidance provided.

Bridge Forward will take reasonable steps to ensure communication and support are age-appropriate and in the best interests of the minor. Personal information relating to minors will be handled with heightened care and confidentiality, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Consent forms will be provided and will need to be signed before any work can commence.
